My most resent yogi adventure brought me to Urban Yoga studio formally known as Yogi Escape it is located in the Highlands neighborhood on 32nd street. To my surprise they were offering a free week promotion for the opening of the studio. This gave me a chance to try out a few different classes.

The studio had a wide verity of different yoga classes Anna Forest, Ashtaunga, and Prenatal just to name a few. All the classes that I took were top notch with high quality professional teachers offering incite to my practice firm direction and hands on adjustments. I look forward to many more classes.
